YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION

You can call while you’re still figuring it out.

Selling, buying, or simply curious? Start with the question you have today.

Kevin Collins · A question is a place to start.

Do I need to be ready to move?

You can ask about your home long before you decide to sell. Maybe you’re wondering what it could sell for, what needs attention, or how another home might fit into the picture. Tell me what has you thinking. We can start there.

What should I have handy? (Optional)

Bring what you know. You can leave the rest for our conversation.

  • The town and, if you’re comfortable sharing it, the property address.
  • A few details about the home, recent updates, or work you’re considering.
  • Any dates that matter to you, even if your timing is flexible.
  • The question you most want answered.

What questions can I ask?

Ask about the parts of the process that matter to you. A few good starting points:

  • Which recent sales would you compare with my home, and why?
  • What would you suggest getting ready before photos or showings?
  • How would you market my home?
  • How would we handle questions, updates and changes along the way?

What happens after we talk?

We can choose a useful next step: a visit to the home, a closer look at relevant sales, or a short preparation list. If you’re also buying, tell us what you need from the next place. Michelle brings her buyer experience into that conversation and helps connect the search with your selling plans.

A question about financing or legal terms can become a question for your lender or attorney. You can take this one step at a time.
