Reporting privacy policy

This policy covers Kevin Collins SEO Reporting, the owner-operated tool used to review the performance of kevincollinsrealestate.com. The main website’s visitor and inquiry notice covers its separate website inquiry service.

Google information accessed

With the account holder’s permission, the tool reads Search Console property information and search-performance reports, plus Google Analytics account, property and stream information and website-activity reports. These can include dates, page or site details, traffic sources, clicks, impressions, sessions, users and events. Account metadata helps identify the correct website property.

The tool requests only Search Console read-only and Analytics read-only access. It does not request Gmail, Google Contacts or Google Drive access. It does not request visitor names or email addresses from Analytics.

Purpose and processing

Google data is used to prepare and explain website-performance reports for Kevin and his authorized team. Report data and summaries may be processed through OpenAI Codex or ChatGPT when the operator authorizes those services for this analysis. Those services process content under the operator’s applicable account settings and service terms. OAuth credentials are not included in analysis prompts.

The tool does not sell Google data, publish private reports automatically, or use Google reporting data for advertising targeting. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

Authorization credentials are saved on the operator’s computer in a separate folder with restricted file permissions. Reports may be retained in the local project and in authorized analysis conversations. Credentials and reports are not included in these public information pages. Google is contacted over HTTPS for authorization and report requests.

Access is limited to the operator, authorized team members and service providers needed for the approved reporting workflow, subject to the applicable account controls. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security incidents.

Retention, revocation and deletion

Reports are kept for performance comparisons until the operator deletes them or requests deletion. You can revoke Google access from Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase previously saved reports or conversations.

Changes

Material changes to the information accessed or its purpose will be disclosed, and renewed consent obtained when required, before that new use begins.
